摘要：
学徒制在东西方国家都有着悠久的发展历史, 为推进各国的经济和社会发展做出了重要贡献。目前, "现代学徒制"仍是世界各国人才培养的重要形式之一, 在学校职业教育、社会培训以及各行业企业单位都有着广泛的应用。
Abstract：
Apprenticeship system has a long history both in the China and west, and helps promote the economic and social development. At present, the modern apprenticeship is still one of the most important educational forms in the vocational schools, communities, and businesses.
