The policy of reforms and opening has brought enormous social changes, contributed to the mobility of farmers, resulting in a large number of migrant workers. It is eventful, therefore, to carry out trainings and enhance their qualification. The trainings are targeted at the following : explanation of the necessity and significance, and reflection on the status-que and problems for countermeasures. But it is found that the general theoretical researches outdo concret researches.
