摘要：
顶岗教育实习是河北师范大学近两年来采用的一种新颖、有效的教育实习方式, 为了使顶岗教育实习更加科学, 我们对第4期顶岗教育实习的学生进行了问卷调查, 希望能从中发现顶岗教育实习中的经验与不足, 使今后的顶岗教育实习更加有利于师范生职业能力的培养。
Abstract：
The in-post teaching practice is a new model adopted in Hebei Normal University since two years ago. The purpose of the survey, conducted in October of-007 over those 4th-term students commencing their in-post teaching practice since March, is to see the in-post teaching practice more effective and scientific. The instrument is a questionnaire, and subjects are the undergraduate students.
