Harmonious culture and the main theme construction
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
和谐文化具有兼容性、进步性和民本性的基本特征, 和谐文化的构建离不开社会主流思想的作用, 社会主流思想是文化成长的重要养分, 是建设和谐文化的土壤、水分和空气。创建一个理想的社会主流思想体系, 一方面, 对于社会舆论, 特别是新闻宣传的基调, 要牢牢把握, 要在社会上营造和谐的主流舆论氛围;另一方面, 应以更加宽容、自信的心态对待社会上出现的杂音, 以"疏"代"堵", 要善于在"硬规则"的框架内, 运用"软办法"来影响、改变人们的思想。
Abstract：
Harmonious culture is of the properties of tolerance, progressiveness, and ethnography. The construction of a harmonious culture cannot be separate from the effect of the social main themes, which supply with nutrients of soil, water and air for the cultural construction. The paper further studies the importance of the media publicizing, advocating the tolerance, and more lenient strategies to deal with the thoughts of various kinds.
