摘要：
和谐是现代管理所要达到的一种近乎完美的境界, 是"以人为本"在高校管理模式中的具体体现, 是21世纪管理理念的一种必然发展趋势。和谐管理的实现必须依赖管理双方的积极互动。
Abstract：
Whereas harmony is a next to perfect state of the modern management, it is the embodiment of the mancentered idea in the -1st century management in universities. Harmonious management relies on the mutual interaction of the both sides.
