Construction of assessment system of performance in university
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
大学绩效评估理论与应用研究是高等教育管理学领域所面临的新课题, 评估的关键是指标体系构建是否合理、有效, 一套完整的指标体系是由指标系统、指标权重、指标标准三部分内容组成的, 对大学绩效评估指标系统的构建原则、所应体现的价值观进行分析, 进而提出大学绩效评估指标系统构建设想, 有一定现实意义。
Abstract：
The college performance assessment theory and applications provides with a new subject. The key is whether the construction of indexical system is reasonable and effective. A complete system is composed of three parts, indexical system, weight, and standards. An analysis of the construction principle and values is of practical significance.
