摘要：
学科资料室是高校图书文献系统中的重要组成部分。图书采购丰富文献资源是高校学科资料室建设不可或缺的方面。而高校学科资料室的图书采购又是看起来似乎很简单做起来很麻烦不容易真正做好的工作。河北师范大学历史文化学院"花最少的钱, 买最好的书"的图书采购经验, 值得推广。
Abstract：
Department libraries constitute an important part of the literature retrieval system in universities. Procurement of proper literatures is indispensable in the management of the library. However the concrete work is both troublesome and difficult to do to a maximal extent. The policy in the School of History, Hebei Normal University of minimal spending on maximal literatures is worth advocating.
