摘要：
围绕城乡统筹的教育公平讨论在学界和政界已经积极展开, 并取得了一些重要突破, 但作为统筹城乡教育综合改革的直接受益者--农民, 却在这样一场隐形的利益博弈中集体失语和缺位。到底农民视角下的统筹城乡教育应该是什么样子?他们到底需要什么样的教育公平治理?从全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区重庆和成都的若干乡镇调研结果看, 坚持教育公平治理, 统筹城乡教育发展, 必须坚持农民主体性预设, 通过改革实践, 建构良性持续互动的城乡教育链。
Abstract：
Discussions of rural educational equality have been done. But the farmers who have benefited from the movement are found deficient. What is the education from the point of view of the rural and urban education from the research of rural education ? It is found important to stick to educational equality, keep the rural and urban devopment of education. Farmers presuppose the subjectivity.
