Mental tension and the coordination in relation to the employment of university students

摘要：
就业是大学生面临的重大人生选择。面对严峻的就业形势和激烈的市场竞争, 许多大学生十分困惑, 难以适应, 产生了较大的就业心理压力。剖析大学生就业心理压力产生的主客观原因, 缓解其就业心理压力, 对于促进大学生成功就业具有重大意义。
Abstract：
The employment is a significant choice the university students face. Due to the intense employment tension and heavy competition, students find it difficult to adapt to the situation. This paper analyzes the causes to the tension and discusses the coordination for the sake of the students.
