On the trends of continuing education development of secondary and primary school teachers
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
我国的中小学教师继续教育走过了一条学历补偿型-职级培训型-骨干教师型的发展道路, 以制度化模式对教师进行规范和强化训练。随着现代社会的不断发展, 这种只强调教师的知识、技能的继续教育已不能满足社会的要求。未来的教师继续教育将强调教师的素质发展, 突出培训对象的主体性, 努力适应培训对象的多种需求;培训内容趋向综合化, 培训模式趋向多样化;注重教师健全人格和教师教育智慧的成长过程。
Abstract：
Chinese continuing education for secondary and primary school teachers experiences diploma compensation, career training, and key teacher development. Strengthened training and standardization of teachers have been conducted. The continuing education of teachers will emphasize quality cultivation in the future. The training tends to be comprehensive and diversified, aiming to build up healthy personality and wisdom of teachers.
