摘要：
以新课程改革为目标, 考察现行农村中小学音乐教师培训, 存在着缺乏个性化(农村化)、缺乏现代音乐知识、缺乏文化内涵之不足;农村音乐教师培训应采取吸纳现代知识、体验"城市化"生活、"上山下乡"考察民风为内容的培训新模式。
Abstract：
On the basis of the new curricular reforms, the writers review the current training of the music teachers of rural secondary and primary schools, and find out that it is short of rural peculiarity, modern musical knowledge, and cultural implicatures. It is argued that music teachers of rural secondary and primary schools should be equipped with modern music knowledge, urban atmoshphere, and rural practices.
