摘要：
义务教育阶段教学评估是河北省教育督导的一次创新, 在对百余县、市、区的评估过程中, 发现一系列突出问题制约着义务教育高质量、均衡发展, 把握好这些问题的实质是解决这些问题的前提, 同时也能为最终完成义务教育目标提供可行性路径。
Abstract：
Assessment of teaching during the compulsory education is a creativity in edcuation inspection of Hebei province. Over a hundred counties and cities have been assessed to find problems hindering the development of qualified compulsory education. The solution of them may provide with feasibility for the completion of compulsory education.
