摘要/Abstract
摘要：
大学精神的培育有助于高职院校突出办学特色、凝聚社会资源、改进教学模式和构筑和谐的校园文化氛围。目前, 我国高职院校最需要为学精神、人文精神、创新精神和社会关怀精神等大学精神理念。高职院校在发展实践中, 应合理定位, 努力找到适合自身特色的大学精神, 并努力加强相关教育, 构建有效的教学管理制度, 不断提升教师的综合素质, 充分挖掘有利于大学精神培育的各类载体。
Abstract：
The cultivation of the college spirit is likely to zoom peculiarity, amass social resources, reform teaching modes, and build up cultural atmosphere of harmonious campuses. Vocational colleges are short of conceptions or spirits of learning, humanity, creativity and social care in China. They should, therefore, be committed to suitable college spirit and its construction in relation to effective management, strengthening of qual-i ties of teachers, and opening up genres in their favor.
