摘要/Abstract
摘要：
民办高职院校校园文化体系建构是民办高职教育发展历史的外显, 其校园文化体系建设既有成绩也存在诸多问题。要从系统角度出发对民办高职院校校园文化体系进行建构, 并纳入到学校长远发展的战略规划中, 妥善处理学校发展和人才培养等一系列问题。
Abstract：
Construction of campusculture of private colleges reveals the history of development of higher vocational education. The paper reviews the performances and attempts to strategically account for the construction from the perspective of system.
