摘要/Abstract
摘要：
高等教育在社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用, 这使得学者做出了高等教育从社会边缘走向中心的理论推断。但这个过程的形成与发展, 历经漫长岁月, 并与经济社会的发展相伴而生, 既需要充分的内外部条件, 又需要把握科学的原则, 惟有此, 在推动高等教育走向社会中心的征程中, 人们的行为才更加明确和清醒, 才能让高等教育对社会全面发展发挥更大的作用。拟对高等教育走向社会中心的基本条件及其基本原则作系统阐释。
Abstract：
While higher education plays an increasingly important role in the social development, it enables researcers to argue for its shift from social margin to the center. It takes long and grows with the development of economy. In addition, it demands both external conditions and scientific principles. This paper is intended to perform a systematic explanation of the basic conditions and principles for the higher education to shift to the social center.
