摘要：
创新精神由创新意识、质疑与批判、探索与求实、冒险与牺牲、坚韧与宽容等成分构成;创造性人格由创造性个性倾向、创造性自我意识、创造性心理特征所构成。培养创新精神和创造性人格必须营造有利于创造的社会氛围、学校组织氛围和教学氛围。
Abstract：
The innovatory spirit is composed of innovatory awareness, question, and criticism, exploration and practical mindedness, risk and sacrifice, tenaciousness and tolerance, etc. The creative personality is composed of creative individuality, creative self awareness and creative mental features. The nurture of the innovatory spirit and creative personality must be based on a favourable organizational and educational atmosphere at schools and in society.
