摘要：
坚持科学发展观,建设节约型校园,是缓解高校资源供需矛盾,实现高校可持续发展的重要举措.揭示了目前高校资源管理的现状、存在的问题,提出了基于科学发展观视角下优化配置的对策,并对建设节约型校园的必要性和重要性进行了探析.
Abstract：
Construction of scientific and conservation—oriented campus is indispensable for sustainable development of higher education. This paper, hence, discusses the status quo to explore the science—based resource optimization, and furthermore the necessity to construct the conservation—oriented university campus.
