An empirical study of roles of educational directors
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
"以县为主"教育管理体制进一步凸现县教育局长角色地位.这里所提到的教育局长为县教育局第一行政负责人.我们通过实证研究方式,对122位县教育局局长(正职)展开问卷调查,在对教育局长三种基本角色内涵分析基础上,对"谁在当教育局长","教育局长管什么"以及"教育局长如何当"等问题进行了初步的研究和探讨,并在此基础上提出了相应的政策建议.
Abstract：
The county—centered educational system helps exaggerate the role of county bureau directors who are the first administrators. A survey has been done over 122 county bureau directors with an instrument of questionnaires, to find countermeasures in relation to who, what and how to manage.
