On the employment advantages of the undergraduates from special universities

摘要：
上世纪末日本专门学校的学科专业设置有其自身特征及其发展变化过程,日本专门学校毕业生就业率高,有其内在因素,我们通过翔实的数据对日本专门学校的在校生情况及其毕业生就业情况进行分析,为我国高等职业教育今后的发展提供借鉴.
Abstract：
This paper analyzes the characteristics of specialties of the Japanese colleges at the end of last century on the basis of accurate data. The study reveals internal factors of the high employment rate and points outthe direction for the future development of the higher vocational education in China.
