摘要/Abstract
摘要：
学生具有公民和学生双重身份,有相应的权利和义务.学生的权利和义务在类型上有直接和间接之分,也有第一性和第二性之别,还有可剥夺或可放弃和不可剥夺或不可放弃之异.学生的权利和义务具有标的同一性、自主实现阶段性、不可转让性、时空特定性和平等相对性等特点.
Abstract：
A student has a dual status of citizen and student with corresponding obligations. And obligations can, in turn, be differentiated as direct and indirect, first natural and second natural, deprivable and non—deprivable, abandonable and non—abandonable. Meanwhile, they are of the characteristics of target identity, independency, non—transferability and other properties.
