摘要：
世纪之交,面临着信息化、全球化和知识经济的巨大挑战,世界各国都发起了新一轮基础教育课程改革,从改革的导向上看,主要呈现出强调学生的全面发展、培养学生的民族意识和国际精神、整合学生的生活世界和科学世界、完善课程管理和评价制度等若干发展趋势.
Abstract：
The whole world faces challenges of globalized information, and knowledge economy at the beginning of the century, and so does the new elementary education reform. Trends are obvious of cultivation of all—round development, national consciousness and international spirit and the like.
