摘要：
师范生顶岗实习支教是实现高师院校培养目标的重要途径,研究实习的评优评奖工作对提高实习质量、培养高素质复合型人才、推进顶岗实习支教工作的稳步深入具有积极的导向作用.
Abstract：
The in—post teaching practice is a key route to realize the objectives established by the teacher universities. Proper evaluation of the in—post teaching practice is significant for the quality of the practice, education of competent students, and further improvement of the in—post teaching practice.
