摘要/Abstract
摘要：
当前,我国成人高等教育应由以外延式发展为主转向内涵与外延之间的协调发展.为了实现这一目标,必须正确处理规模与质量、条件与效益、质量与管理以及质量保障与质量提高之间的关系,必须确立以人的自由而全面发展为核心的办学理念,必须建设跨学科的立体化课程资源,必须开展以问题解决为中心的个性化教学改革,必须打造一支具有较高专业水平的师资队伍,必须实施以人为本、重点突出、灵活多样的教育管理.
Abstract：
Chinese higher education for adults is currently changing from external development to internal development. Prerequisites include coordination of quantity and quality, condtion and profit, quality and management, liberal and comprehensive schooling conceptions, interdisciplinary curricula, individualized teaching reforms, and qualified teaching staffs, in addition to the man—centered, and flexible educational management.
