Development of the private education in the new phase
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
改革开放以来,中国教育发展进入新时期,其突出成就之一就是民办教育的兴起和发展.30年间,我国民办教育发展经历了四个阶段:从1978-1992年,为初创时期;1992-2000年,为迅猛发展时期;2000-2004年,为调整规范时期;2004年至今,为平稳发展时期.
Abstract：
Chinese education develops into a new phase since the reform and opening, with the private education as the most astonishing achievement. The Chinese private education has gone through four phases over the past thirty years：initial stage from 1978 through 1992; rapid developing stage from 1992 through 2000; regulatory phase from 2000 through 2004, and steady progress since 2004.
