A strategic account of the two extremes in achievement of the senior high school students
摘要/Abstract
运用问卷调查、抽样访谈、个案研究、数据分析等研究方法,对高中阶段学生成绩两极分化现象进行调查研究,探寻影响学生学习成绩的原因,并提出相应的对策。从总体上看,初高中两个学习阶段的过渡、教学水平和管理水平、社会和生活因素、学生的个性品质、学习习惯和方法等这五个方面的因素都对学生学习成绩有明显的影响,其中,学生的个性品质、学习习惯和方法是影响学习成绩的关键因素。激发内因为主,优化外因为辅,对症下药,因材施教,可以有效防止或减轻学生成绩两极分化。
This paper describes the research conducted by questionnaire,interview,case study and data analysis over the two extremes of achievement of the senior high school students in order to find the causes.It is assumed that the transition from junior to senior high school,teaching,social factors,personal quality,and learning habit all affect the achievements of the learners.It is concluded that the internal stimulus together with external improvement are effective in prevention of the two extremes.
