A strategic account of the trainings of the rural primary and secondary school teachers in Hebei
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
实现教育公平,提高基础教育质量,师资是关键,农村是重点。多年来,河北省十分重视农村中小学教师队伍整体素质的提高,不断加大对在职教师的培训力度。但由于工学矛盾突出、经费短缺、教师参训积极性不高等因素的制约,导致培训效果不尽人意。在以后的培训中,应通过搞好校本培训、以县教师进修学校为依托建设高水平的农村中小学教师专业发展学校、健全培训机制、加快信息化建设等方式改进农村中小学教师的培训工作,提高培训质量。
Abstract：
Teachers and countryside are the focus of equality and quality of education.Efforts have been made in Hebei to improve the general quality of the rural primary and secondary school teachers in terms of trainings of vocational education.However,contradictions between work and learning,insufficient financial supply,and lack of enthusiasm result in an unsatisfaction.Countermeasures are discussed.
