University town-based employment mechanism and vocational college graduates
摘要/Abstract
影响高职学生创业成功率的主要原因在于缺失创业机制。本研究以浙江省高职院校大学科技园区为对象,以实证法研究了创业机制实现过程中的园区的要素和功能。结果表明:园区的多元化投资及社会化运作机制,衍生了风险投资和创业基金,创业机制产生了新的分配形式,"科研孵化"和"创业就业"功能结合显著,自主创业成功率从原来4%最高升至11%。
Employment mechanism is badly needed for vocational college students. This study is based on vocational college towns in Zhejiang province, with an emprical investigation of the crucial factors and functions. Result shows that the diversity and construction of the university town give rise to the potential venture investment and employment funding. The employment mechanism further results in new distribution forms, research and employment hatchings which render the rate of success possibility of self-employment to rise from 4 % to 11 %.
