University overenrolment and the influence upon higher education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
高校扩招得以进行的根本性原因,是大学生就业的"双向选择"政策。因为按照我国以前大学毕业生包分配工作的政策,在政府没有把握能够为毕业生安排工作的情况下,扩招是无法进行的。而"双向选择"政策在制度层面上为高校和政府解除了这方面的压力,使他们无须为大学毕业生的工作安排承担责任,保证了扩招活动的进行。然而,也正是这项活动,对高教产生了深刻的影响,也暴露出了高教制度和思想方面的许多问题。
Abstract：
The overenrolment of university students is made possible with the policy of bilateral employment. Chinese universities have long clung to the governmental policy of securing jobs for graduate students. Consequently overenrolment would be impossible without the support of the like policy. Commitments are relieved of the government and uiversities owing to the policy, but problems arise of higher education conception and system.
