摘要/Abstract
摘要：
隐性德育的实施是学校提高德育效果的一种重要方式。隐性德育的本质反映了其实施过程要以心理学中的无意识理论和暗示理论作支撑。从心理学角度分析,人具有可暗示性和无意识心理特征,无意识理论解释了人的心理深层次结构,为隐性德育提供了方法论价值;暗示理论揭示了人具有可暗示性心理倾向,为隐性德育提供了实践论价值。无意识理论和暗示理论确证和提供了隐性德育作为德育方式存在、发展及实施的现实价值。
Abstract：
Implicit moral education, supported by the unawareness and implicitation theories, is an effective approach to the moral education in schools. The unawareness assumption explicates human inner structures while the implicit hypothesis the psychological inclinations. They both provide with existence, development and implementation of the implicit moral education.
