Restructuring the psychological contract of the university teachers under the pressure of market

摘要：
高校教师的心理契约,是由学校和教师两个主体共同作用形成的。分析和了解教师心理契约所形成的主要特征,采用合理科学的管理方式,学校与教师共建良好的心理契约,充分发挥教师的积极性和主动性,使教师个人的发展融入学校的发展之中。
Abstract：
The psychological contract comprises bindings of both teachers and administration in universities. It is argued for the restructuring of the psychological contract of university teachers. Suggestions are proposed regarding the restructuring from both the management and teachers.
