Teaching reforms of the Chinese constitution in response to the changed testing policies
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
司法考试是我国法律职业准入制度的重要组成部分。2008年国家司法考试在报名资格等方面做出调整后,对高校宪法学教学提出了新要求。目前,我国高校宪法学教学重点普遍偏离司法考试的命题重点,教学方法也较单调。鉴于此,高校宪法学教学改革应适应司法考试的要求,以规范和实践为重点,采用多种方式,突出对学生的规范分析能力和知识运用能力的培养。
Abstract：
As testing is a significant means of admission into legal profession,testing policies are adjusted in 2008 in China.This requires the traditional teaching of Constitution to reform the round-about monotony in terms of criteria,practicality,and teaching methodology in Chinese universities.
