摘要/Abstract
摘要：
近些年,河北省义务教育经费逐年增加,义务教育取得了长足的发展;但是,我们也应该看到,教育经费在区域之间、城乡之间还存在较大差距。各级政府应依法保障教育投入,建立并完善与公共财政体制相适应的教育财政制度;对于经济相对落后的市县要从财政上适当倾斜;继续大力推进农村义务教育经费保障机制改革,完成改革任务。
Abstract：
As the expenditure grows annually,compulsory education develops immensely in Hebei province.But there is still a rural-urban gap.So all levels of governments should ensure the budget for education investment,establish and consummate an education fiscal system,in particular,for the under-developed areas.Rural compulsory education expenditures should be given more attention.
