A review of the reforms in modern American elementary and secondary education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
中小学教育改革是20世纪80年代以来美国各个层次所进行的教育改革的重点。在所有试验方案、课程改革和其他改进学校的努力中贯穿着一些共同的主题,其中,追求优异和促进公平是两个最重要的和永恒的主题,其他主题还包括:主动学习、真实评价、社区、择校、学会学习和品格教育等。确保一线工作者,即教师,了解并认同所实施的改革是教育改革成功的关键。
Abstract：
The education reforms in elementary and secondary schools are the most important focus of the modern American education campaign since 1980s.All the experimental programs,and curricular innovation carry the common themes:excellence,equality,active learning,authentic assessment,community,school choice,learning to learn,and moral education.Teachers are crucial in meaningful eduatioal reforms.
