摘要：
中小学教师在教育科研方面要以自己的实践为基础,要以问题解决、提高教育教学质量和推动自身发展为驱动力,以不断学习为基本保障,在此基础上,研究真问题,变无我的教科研为有我的教科研,变他主的教科研为自主的教科研,由无为走向有为,使教科研既花蕾芬芳,又硕果累累。
Abstract：
The writer argues that the primary and high school teachers should perform education researches on practical basis.They should improve teaching quality and continued learning attitudes,study problems they meet with,and enrich their researching while teaching.
