Tradition and evaluation of humane education in Yale university
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
耶鲁大学自建校之初就确立了发展人文教育的办学宗旨。在美国独立战争以前,耶鲁大学的人文教育主要是神学教育,并以神学教育为主;此后一直到第二次世界大战结束,耶鲁大学以人文教育为本,审慎发展科学教育;二战后,耶鲁大学适应科技日新月异的发展,十分重视科学教育,科学教育与人文教育实现了共同发展。经过三个多世纪的建设,耶鲁大学以其独具特色的人文教育和辉煌成就而闻名于世。研究耶鲁大学人文教育历史,对我国高等教育改革有重要的借鉴意义。
Abstract：
Objective is set of humane education development in Yale at its founding.Before the American independence,the humane education is relating to,and based on theology in Yale.Yet,after the World War II,Yale centers on scientific education,which develops side by side with humane education.After over three centuries,Yale university is world-famed for its unique humane education and achievements.
