摘要/Abstract
摘要：
创新是一个民族进步不竭的精神动力,也是高等教育发展和进步的灵魂。大学教师的创新能力事关创新型人才培养与创新型国家的建设。然而,目前国内高校教师的创新能力与社会进步的要求还相距甚远。影响高校教师创新能力的因素很多,既有教师自身创新根基不实的因素,又有高校内部组织结构错位功能异化的问题;既有相关制度不成熟不完善的抑制,又有校园整体创新文化氛围不浓的阻碍。
Abstract：
Creativity is a permanent progressive spiritual force for the development of higher education.The creative competence of university teachers is essential for creativenation.The writers,therefore,discuss the current lag in Chinese universities and propose countermeasures in relation to both the teachers themselves and organizational structure or system.
