Teaching professional identity of the students with free-tuition
摘要/Abstract
本研究采用问卷法对北京师范大学198名免费师范生的教师职业认同及其影响因素进行了调查分析,结果发现:一、免费师范生群体更重视成就实现、兴趣性格和家庭维护等职业价值观;二、免费师范生的职业认同较高,且受到政策和重要他人两个外部因素的影响,而社会促进的价值观有利于其教师职业认同的促进。根据研究结果,为免费师范生教师职业认同的培养提供了如下几点参考建议:一、重视角色榜样的力量;二、鼓励师范生从低年级开始参加教学类实践活动;三、国家和学校应注重政策的推行与解释,并大力培养师范生正确的价值观。
This study uses a questionnaire to investigate 198 students with free tuition in Beijing Normal University over their teaching professional identity.Result shows that they pay more attention to work values,achievement,and maintenance of family values.Their teaching professional identity is higher,ready to influences of policies,external factors,and social promotion.It is concluded that the power of role models should be respected,teaching practices enforced from the low-graders,and related policies implemented.
