摘要：
顶岗实习作为探索教育实习和人才培养的模式,是对传统教育实习的发展和创新。它以马克思主义认识论和科学的实践观为理论基础。顶岗实习使大学生立志从教的使命感、光荣感和方向感得到升华,也使高校思想政治教育在把握大学生新特点、树立以人为本新理念、落实思想政治教育新举措上开拓了新途径。
Abstract：
In-post teaching practice is a new mode of education practice,and creative development of traditional teaching practice.With Marxist epistemology and science as theoretical basis,the in-post teaching practice is committed to upholding of honor and direction for college students,and exploration of new route for the college political education.
