On the isotope-isomeric relationships between higher education and labor market
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
人才市场化条件下高等教育功能的变迁。高等教育与人才市场构成了以人才为圆心、以对知识的需求为半径的两个同心圆,于是人才市场与高等教育就形成了一种特殊的同素异构关系。通过对这一关系的分析呼吁确立人才资源是第一资源的思想,并主张通过立法规范人才市场运作,力避"人才过剩"现象和全社会资源的浪费,为办人民满意的大学和建设高等教育强国提供理论借鉴。
Abstract：
In the labor market,higher education and labor market form two concentric circles whose center is talents and radius respective needs.Therefore,they compose special isotope-isomer with the same components but different structures.Based on the analysis of their relationships the writer argues for establishment of human resources as top priority.Moreover,legislation should regulate the market to avoid the talent excess and waste of resources.
