A look back of the Chinese higher education policies over the past 60 years
摘要/Abstract
新中国成立60年以来, 我国民族高等教育政策经历了以下六个发展阶段:新中国成立初期的初始阶段, 社会主义建设时期的探索阶段, "文革"时期的受挫阶段, 历史转折时期的恢复阶段, 全面改革时期的发展阶段, 当前社会"深刻变革"时期的振兴阶段。追溯我国民族高等教育政策的60年历史, 从少数民族升学照顾政策到双语教学, 从优惠政策的制定到特殊政策的实施, 都凸显了我国民族高等教育跨越式发展的必要性和可能性。
Since the founding of China 60 years ago, national higher education policies have experienced six developmental phases, preliminary stage, socialist construction, persecution during "Great Cultural Revolution, transformation and restoration, reforms, and reviving stages. Over the past 60 years higher educational policies have been implemented on national minority, bilingualism, preferential and special pol icies. All this highlights a necessity for the rapid development of the Chinese higher education.
