摘要/Abstract
摘要：
在目前大学生就业形势严峻的情况下, 女大学生就业率与就业满意度都低于男大学生, 女大学生就业难作为一个突出的社会问题而备受关注。结合大学毕业生的调查数据, 分析造成女大学生就业难的原因, 提出相应的对策和建议, 旨在积极促进女大学生成功就业。
Abstract：
It is acknowleged that female graduates achieve a lower rate of employment, and that this is also a social question. This paper offers investigation of the difficulty of employment with statistics, and then analyses the causes.
