摘要：
基于对我国当前有关高技能人才培养的文献概况分析,发现现有文献的整体学术质量和理论价值偏低,而且当前官方及大多数学者对"高技能人才"概念的理解较为狭隘,实际上高技能人才作为"工人"的社会身份和地位并未因其新称谓的出现而改变。鉴于职业院校在培养高技能人才方面的客观局限,借鉴德国和日本在规范其劳动力消费市场方面所体现的两种不同的标准化方式,通过对有关问题的辨析与论证以期对改善我国高技能人才的养成环境有所启示。
Abstract：
Based on a critical literature review on the education of the Chinese highly skilled talents, the writer of this article argues that the academic quality is low of the literature, and the official and scholarly understanding of talents tends to be inefficient due to the their status as workers. Given the limits of vocational colleges, it is suggested that German and Japanese standards be achieved.
