On the education reforms by Du Yaquan
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
为实现"真共和",促进近代中国社会转型,杜亚泉力倡社会改革。他认为,教育是社会改革的根本,要从国民性的改造着眼,推进教育普及和体制改革,培育自力、自治和具有"科学的劳动家"素养的现代新型国民。这种教育改革理念沿循"温和渐进"的路线,既不失为深邃的历史洞见,也未免有偏颇的思想成分,是我国当今教育改革可资借鉴与对照反思的宝贵资源。
Abstract：
Du Yaquan is devoted to the social reform for the social transformation and real peace. He claims that the basis of social reform lies in education, education popularization, self- reliance, autonomy, and new scientific nationals. This mild and gradual conception of education reform echoes with constant reflections for modern Chinese education.
