摘要/Abstract
摘要：
基于近代中国高等教育的发展脉络,新中国成立前高等教育机构的地理分布变迁分为五个阶段。从总体上看,中国近代高等院校的地理分布所经历的是一个内部自发与外部调整互动的过程。分析中国高等教育发展初始阶段地域分布的阶段性变迁特征,探索高等教育发展与经济、政治、文化之间的相互制约关系,对当今的高等教育改革和发展有一定裨益。
Abstract：
This paper studies the five stages of changes of addresses of the higher learning institutions before 1949 in China. Within each stage, the institutions are reviewed with regional distribution of development, and their influences upon the economic, political, and cultural development.
