摘要/Abstract
摘要：
学徒制是最原始的职业训练形式。在培养职业人才的同时,西欧的学徒训练经历了制度的建构、解构与重构过程,其形态演变或制度变迁与生产方式的变革紧密相关,既是自身与社会需求互动的产物,也是职业教育发展的必然趋势,对近代职业教育的形成与现代职业教育改革具有重要的意义。
Abstract：
Apprenticeship is a primitive way of vocational training.The European apprenticeship undergoes institutional construction,deconstruction and reconstruction,which is closely related with the mode of production,social needs,and development of the vocational education.Apprenticeship is of significance for the modern vocational education.
