摘要：
我国实施特岗计划历时6年,有必要进行认真的总结和反思。"特岗教师"作为一种新兴的教师群体走进了农村中小学,他们的职业认同状况直接关系到国家特岗计划的顺利实施[1]。基于吉林省区2009-2010年两届特岗教师的调查数据,从特岗教师队伍的构成、特岗教师所在学校办学状况,以及特岗教师合同期满后的意愿、受学生欢迎情况等方面入手,对特岗计划的实施目标、应采取的策略,以及今后如何补充农村教师队伍的长效机制等方面进行了探讨。
Abstract：
It is 6years since the implementation of the rural teaching internships.Their vocational consensus is closely related to the success of the national program.This paper shows an investigation of the teachers in 2009and 2010in relation to their composition,school conditions,and the popularity,for the purpose of providing with long-term strategies.
