摘要/Abstract
摘要：
我国教师文化研究经历了初探、繁荣和深化三个阶段,研究的主题内容涉及教师文化的内涵、功能、分类和构建策略等。目前研究中存在着研究内容尚需深化、研究方法尚需拓展、研究价值取向尚需调整、研究主体尚需下移等问题。今后应加强教师文化的跨学科整合研究,重视教师文化的形成机制研究,突出教师文化的实践取向研究,注重国外教师文化的创造性转化研究,倡导教师文化的元研究。
Abstract：
Researches over the teacher culture may be divided into three phases of introduction,flourishing and promotion,with the themes of the connotations,functions,classifications and constructive strategies.However,interdisciplinary integration,formative mechanisms,creative practical orientations should be given sufficient importance.
