摘要：
在教育改革与发展的新形势下,新加坡提出"少教多学"教育理念并采取有力措施加以落实,为新加坡新世纪教育改革的深入发展注入新的活力。"少教多学"的提出与实施,带给我们很多有益的启示,对我国基础教育改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract：
Under the new circumstances of education reform and development,the Singaporean conception of more learning than teaching adds to the further development of the new century education reforms. It is considered valuable to Chinese basic education reform as well.
