摘要/Abstract
摘要：
对高等院校利益冲突问题的认知历程大致经历了三个阶段:第一阶段是将利益冲突问题当作不正之风对待;第二个阶段把利益冲突与腐败混为一谈;第三个阶段将利益冲突问题独立看待,并逐渐意识到利益冲突是导致高等院校腐败的重要诱因.因此,建立完善的防止利益冲突制度是有效预防腐败发生的长效机制.
Abstract：
This paper accounts for the governmental attitudes to the interest conflicts in colleges. The interest conflictis treated as misdemeanor, and it is as corruption. Eventually, it is treated as an independent issue that leads to corruption. Therefore, a long-term mechanism is necessary of preventing corruption related to the interest conflicts in colleges.
