A developmental study of the international distance education
摘要/Abstract
摘要：
跨境远程教育的产生既是世界政治、经济、科技和文化发展的结果,但更体现了教育系统自身未来发展的要求,特别是反映了终身教育和学习化社会的要求、远程教育的全球化趋势、教育服务与市场竞争的不断加剧以及对优质教育资源的需求等。尽管它的历史不长,但可以分为初步发展、快速发展和规范发展三个阶段。之后,探讨了跨境远程教育的内涵及其要素,并指出其具有国际性、交互性、网络性、开放性、分离性等特征。
Abstract：
International distance education results from globalized political, economic, technological and cultural exchanges, in addition to the demands for lifelong education and learning society. It comprises three phases, i. e., beginning, speedy and standardized development. This paper explores over the implications of the international distance education with properties of internationality, interaction, network, open and discretion.
